That was the day the world changed the day I found true happiness. I was in love. It started like any other day. I got up around 6:30 A.M. for school and got to school 2 minutes before class started. I walked into class and everyone was sitting in a new set. I took a seat by this kid I had never talked to. As soon as I sat down I saw his handwriting. Cursive. I asked him “Are you from Beulah?” I asked him this because all the kids from Beulah tend to write in cursive. He looked up at me with a questioning look. He said, “No I’m from loving Trinidad.” We both giggled. The class started passing really fast as we were making jokes all hour. The bell rang and we looked at each other one last time. As soon as I knew it the 3:30 bell rang. I was walking down the hall with my head down and bumped into someone. I looked up and it was him. He was about 6’3 so I had to really look up. He asked me if I needed a ride and I didn’t want to ride the bus so I told him “sure.” We get in the car and he asked me “Can I show you a really pretty place.” I took a second to think about it. I didn’t want to get kidnapped or r*ped. But he reassured me that non of that would happen. After about 20 minutes we were parked at the bottom of a hill. He grabbed our jackets and we started to hike. We hiked all the way up the hill. As soon as we got up there I looked around. It was perfect. The blue pink-ish sky and clouds all around. I turned to look at him and he was already looking at me. Next thing I knew his lips were on mine. From that day forward we went on trips 3 times a week. Making me fall more and more in love with him. I never knew talking to a kid about his handwriting would lead to my wedding. Till death do us part. Random guy charms in “You may now kiss the Bride.”

Still Life Photos.

I honestly believe I have a great composition with these photos. The “Bright Yet Dark” photo probably has the best composition in my opinion. When it comes down to editing I did well. Im going to use the “Bright Yet Dark” photo as an example of good editing is. This photo was bright and was flopped the other way when I first took it. I had to fix that and photoshop stuff off the top of the lamp. If I were to do something different, I wouldn’t have taken the “Crushed Cans” photo. I feel like that was the worst photo in this assessment. Lastly, I think some of my photos this week have the potential of making it to the top or being shown off on the blog. The “Sunshine,” “Bright Yet Dark,” “Band Chairs,” and maybe “Ties” all have a shot of making it this week. I took time to think about the background that fits my objects best. Only time can tell.

#1 Cars- By Taylor Heery Hire. The viewpoint of this picture is straight ahead. I love how the background is simple with a checkered floor. The cars have a perfect shine on them. The unity in this photo is just that all these cars are the same car just different cars. The overall look of this photo just makes my heart happy. It makes it race “wink wink”.

#2- By Tz.dhanjit. The viewpoint is straight ahead in this photo just like the last. I think that the background is really fitting. Because of the fact that it is an orange that is helping the honey pop. I also like how this photo has the honey in motion. There’s no blurry ness in the motion making it so much better. The overall of this photo is simple.

#3- By Nicola Barts. Out of all these photographs, this one is my favorite. The viewpoint of this one is above unlike the other two. The colors are also PREFECT with each other. It gives off a nature sage feel. This still photo always makes me want to eat it. The overall look is extremely calming to me.
